The Challenge

The business relied on a website made with a quick site-builder tool, but the user experience was poor because of slow loading and a shared domain with limited performance.

The dashboard was also complicated for the owner, costing extra time and effort to manage the site.

On top of that, the old site was not optimized for search engines (SEO), limiting its visibility in search results and holding back the brand's growth and professionalism in the long run.

As a result, the business depended almost entirely on sales from social media visitors — and instead of increasing conversions, the website had become an obstacle to completing orders.

The Solution

We built a complete website from scratch, with a custom, simplified dashboard tailored to the owner's needs so they can manage the site faster and more easily.

We added automatic compression for product images on upload, reducing file sizes and speeding up page loads.

We used Cloudflare for infrastructure and hosting, taking advantage of its global network to improve performance and content delivery speed.

On the UX side, we designed an interactive interface that encourages visitors to keep browsing and exploring products, with a shopping cart and short order form that cut the steps needed to complete a purchase and support a higher conversion rate.

We also added advanced customization options the client never had on the old site, and unified the design with the store's visual identity.

The Result

The store launched as a fast-loading website that matches its visual identity and is designed around user experience and conversions, with interactive 3D elements that enrich browsing.

The site was also optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve its visibility and reach new potential customers, opening an extra channel for orders through free organic search instead of relying entirely on social media traffic.
